What We’re Eating

Hello Monday and hello readers! Enjoy your weekend? I did! It consisted of friends, delicious food, laughter, antiques, girl talk, card games, music and daydreaming about an England trip. πŸ™‚ Now though, we’re back and I’m so ready for this week! Really, this week’s menu isn’t very interesting for you because of the holiday but I’d figure I’d post it anyway. So here you go!

Monday: Leftovers from last week’s Shrimp, Crab, Spinach and Ricotta Pasta
Tuesday: Tacos
Wednesday: Rice with my parents (to remind us of those that don’t have but one bowl of rice a day and to be thankful for what we have…. and this usually ends in pizza πŸ˜‰ )
Thursday: Thanksgiving!!! Think turkey, green bean casserole, mashed potatoes, the usual. πŸ™‚
Friday: Breadsticks and dipping sauces (cheese and marinara)

Since we were gone this weekend, I didn’t make any weekend treats. BUT! I believe I’ve started a new Thanksgiving tradition! Upon request, I will be making my Pumpkin Cheesecake again this year! We may or may not have leftovers. πŸ˜‰
