What We’re Eating

Good morning dear reader! How was your weekend? Mine was quite busy but productive and fun! Here’s this week’s menu.

Monday: Sandwiches (chicken, Laughing Cow Cheese, Tomato and Avocado) and almonds
Tuesday: Quiche
Wednesday: Sweet potatoes and salad
Thursday: Hamburgers and salad
Friday: Homemade focaccia bread

This morning, I’m trying something a little different for breakfast. I found this recipe for Mango and Yogurt Smoothies last week and thought it sounded good! Except, I’m substituting peaches for mango and greek yogurt for regular. It’s pretty good! 🙂
