What We’re Eating

Well, we’re starting off a new week with a rainy day. Perfect for curling up with a good book and a cup of iced coffee if you ask me. Maybe after work. Here is this week’s menu!

Monday: Ravioli and Homemade Garlic Bread
Tuesday: Corndog Muffins
Wednesday: Hot Dogs and Corn on the Cob on the grill (and probably smores!)
Thursday: Grilled Cheese, Chips and Fruit
Friday: Popcorn

I’ve also discovered a new ingredient for cookie dough! Buuuuuuut I’m not going to tell you. Hehehe 🙂 It will suffice to say that if you can figure it out, your cookies will be deliciously soft and stay that way! 😀
