Hey guys! Have a nice weekend? I did! It was nice and relaxing with easy cooking and video games and smiles. đŸ™‚ This week there isn’t a whole lot of cooking going on in the Watkins kitchen. But here’s our menu anyway!
Monday:Â Shrimp, Zucchini and Pesto Angel Hair
Tuesday: Baked Chicken, Green beans and Potatoes (this has been on the menu for a while… and I still haven’t made it.)
Wednesday: Hamburgers and Corn on the cob on the grill
Thursday: Happy Fourth! We’ll be spending the day with friends and family and not cooking at all ourselves.
Friday: Spending the evening with my wonderful siblings!
Wednesday I have the day off work so I’ll be making some delicious Snickerdoodle Bread!
