What We’re Eating

After a nice slow weekend, it’s back to work again. Another weird work week has me off on Wednesday instead of Friday so I’m wondering what I have in my cabinets that could be made into something delicious. Cookies maybe? I’ll figure it out. Here is our menu this week:

Monday: Hamburgers and Corn on the Cob
Tuesday: Baked Chicken, Green Beans and Potatoes
Wednesday: Salad with fresh veggies from the garden!
Thursday: Grilled Tuna Sandwiches and Chips
Friday: Pancakes
