We’ve been at it again! This time around, we decided to do something a bit different. Bruschetta. Oh yes. Get ready for deliciousness!

Bruschetta
First off, you’ll need to buy (or make!) yourself a loaf of bread. We’re talking a beautiful French baguette or a loaf of Ciabatta. Slice it up, brush it with olive oil and put it under the broiler for a few minutes until is nice a crusty. Now we can start on the bruschettas.

Ingredients for Herbed Ricotta:
– 16 oz Ricotta Cheese
– A dash of Dill
– A dash of Chives (fresh or dried)
– Bread of your choice

Directions:
– In a bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese and spices.
– Serve on toasted bread and enjoy!

Ingredients for Fresh Tomato:
– 4 Tomatoes
– Dash of Basil
– Balsamic Glaze
– Bread of your choice

Directions:
– Chop tomatoes into pieces. If you want a less soupy bruschetta, remove the seeds.
– Add a dash of basil and stir.
– Drizzle Balsamic Glaze on the top and stir.
– Serve on bread and enjoy!
