What We’re Eating

Good morning! I have to say, even thought the holidays were wonderful, I woke up this morning feeling happy about settling back into some routine. Of course we’ll add the splashes of fun into the work, but I’m glad to get back to work!

I’ve been rather excited about my menus for this month! I’ve got some old favorites and some new experiments and I plan on getting some good use out of my crock pot.

Monday: Today is my mother-in-love’s birthday so we’ll be celebrating with the Watkins!
Tuesday: Slow Cooker Broccoli Cheese Soup and Rolls
Wednesday: Pizza Rolls
Thursday: One Pot French Onion Pasta
Friday: Cheesy Spinach Artichoke Egg Bake and Bacon
