What We’re Eating

Good morning! After a weekend of campfires and snacks and hiking (and ticks and poison ivy… let’s be honest), I’m so happy to be home and clean and rested. You don’t really appreciate running water until you’ve been camping. Charlie is super happy to have us home and I’ll admit that I missed him tons!

What’s on your menu this week? New months mean delicious recipes that aren’t pizza here at our house. Yay!

Monday: Roasted Shrimp Polenta
Tuesday: Pizza Rolls
Wednesday: Spinach Artichoke Bake and Turkey Bacon
Thursday: BLTs and Veggies
Friday: Grilled Chicken, Salad

This week holds lots of blogging and lots of yard work and lots of cleaning and prepping for Mother’s Day. It promises to be a good one! May the fourth be with you!
