Hello Monday! I gotta say, after this weekend, I am beat. I tried to do too many things last week, going to bed later than I like and getting up as early as I like and Saturday my body was just like “no.” Things still got done and fantastic parties were still had but I was pretty much in a caffeine fueled haze the whole time. And we’re not done!
This week is a little calmer than last but we still have some celebrating to do and family in town. So that means not a lot of cooking in my own kitchen. And I’m okay with that. Also, my garden is amazeballs right now! So many cucumber flowers!! It’s so fun watching my plants thrive, you guys. I never realized what a rush I would get from walking outside and seeing my little raised beds flourishing. I can’t wait to harvest fresh veggies! And now that I know I can do this, I’m brainstorming next year’s crop. I’m also wondering if we should build more raised beds. (insert laughing emoji) Anywho, you guys are probably done hearing me talk about my garden with such pride like you would a child. Here is this week’s menu.
