What We’re Eating

Yay for Fall-ish weather! This past weekend was a bit of a whirlwind but at least it was cool enough to wear a scarf. We enjoyed a bonfire with out of town family and a big ol’ birthday pizza party with our small group and then the last birthday celebration of the month. So full and so good. I’m glad it’s Monday though. Back to the grindstone. There are still more articles to write and that basket of laundry to fold. Cause that’s real life in my little world.

Our women’s retreat is coming up this weekend and I’m doing everything I can not to go into full panic mode. There is so much to do and remember and prepare. It’s going to be awesome but I can’t wait till we’re there and what will be will be. In the meantime, I’m cooking a bit more this week but mostly easy stuff because we still have several evening commitments. Yes, I threw date night in there on purpose. Sometimes you just have to block out that time intentionally and this month is one of those times.

Monday: French Onion Soup
Tuesday: In The Pantry
Wednesday: Date night
Thursday: Tomato Soup and Grilled Cheese
Friday: Pizza Rolls
