Thanksgiving Leftovers Makeover

I’m not a big leftover person. However, Thanksgiving is the exception to that rule. Growing up, my grandma spent the weekend after Thanksgiving turning all the leftover turkey into Turkey and Noodles for everyone. I still look forward to those noodles. Now that I’m married, we spend Thanksgiving with Dearest Carl’s family. Being such a large family who is all together all weekend, we don’t really get any Thanksgiving leftovers anymore. But how lovely would it be to take home the adorable leftovers box above, full of turkey and cranberry sauce and potatoes and turn those things into wonderful creative meals later! If you’re taking home leftovers this year, here are a few ways to take your turkey past the classic turkey mayo sandwich.

Turkey Breakfast Bagel // Leftover Turkey Pizza // Turkey Ramen

Thanksgiving Shepherd’s Pie // Leftover Stuffed Sweet Potatoes

Leftovers Hot Pockets // Thanksgiving Croissant Sandwich // Turkey Noodle Soup

Turkey Cranberry Quesadilla // Leftover Turkey Breakfast Hash

Please let me know if you make any of these! They all sound so good, I’m tempted to make a turkey just to try a few.
