What We’re Eating

Morning! How was your weekend? Ours was one of those where you dust off your hands come Monday morning and look around at your hard work in satisfaction. Dearest Carl cleaned up messes of months, we worked together to update our living room gallery wall, I cleaned the house and made a cake. We also had a few people for dinner Saturday which amounted to good food and good belly laughs. It was completely satisfactory.

I’m pretty excited about my menu this week! I feel like I’m succeeding in planning our menus to fit the weather. Lighter than our winter soup fare but not quite salad warm yet. It’s a first for me! However, if you just need something warm and comforting on your menu this week, make this Dublin Coddle. We had it Saturday and it’s so warm and filling and flavorful!

Monday: BLT Salad (Leftover from last week)
Tuesday: In The Pantry
Wednesday: Date Night!
Thursday: Greek Chicken Bowls
Friday: Breakfast Stuffed Sweet Potatoes
