What We’re Eating

Good Monday morning! I hope you stayed warm over the weekend. A March snowstorm isn’t exactly what we bargained for. Dearest Carl and I had a lovely dinner with my family Saturday evening, including my Daffodil Cake which turned out wonderfully! Sunday we ran a few project related errands after church and then hung out at home. It was perfectly relaxing for us both! I actually feel ready for Monday and all the things this week holds.

Last week we didn’t eat at home much. So this week we’re making up for it and having recipes that we already have the ingredients for. But that makes for easy cooking and a quick grocery trip for the necessities.

Monday: Breakfast Stuffed Sweet Potatoes
Tuesday: In The Pantry
Wednesday: Pigs in a Blanket and Chips
Thursday: Curry Yogurt Chicken, Rice and Salad
Friday: Pizza
