What We’re Eating

Good morning! I hope you’ve all had your fill of chocolate. We have a heaping bowl of it here. But it’s just a sign of a wonderful Easter weekend! All our plans went so well and even though we were busier than usual, it was fun to hang out with family. We squeezed in all the SoUE we could without staying up absurdly late and I got to wear my favorite floral dress on Sunday. So I might be dragging a bit today but it was worth it.

This week there’s lots of Italian on the menu. Yay for pasta! That crock pot lasagna is basically my specialty and since we have one of my sisters-in-law and niece coming into town to stay this weekend, I figured I’d treat them like royalty. Including this Buttermilk Blueberry Breakfast Cake. Because overnight guests are the most fun to pamper…. even if you have to deep clean the house before they get here.

Monday: Frozen Ravioli
Tuesday: In The Pantry
Wednesday: Seafood Quiche
Thursday: Crock Pot Lasagna and Garlic Bread
Friday: Since we have family staying, we’ll probably hang out at the Watkins for pizza.
