It’s almost that time! St. Patrick’s Day is Wednesday! I think I have one green piece of clothing in my closet so I know what I’m wearing. Growing up, my mom made us green milk and did fun little things like leaving chocolate coins in weird places and helping us make a leprechaun trap. These days, I don’t have the little ones to do the magical things but I do still love to cook something Irish in the kitchen! So many of these recipes are cozy as heck which is perfect for the damp March weather of Indiana. They often take a long time to make too so I’m helping all of us by sharing some Irish recipes for your crock pot. Trust me, you’re gonna want to borrow an extra to make several of these dishes.
- Crock Pot Corned Beef and Cabbage
- Crock Pot Beef Stew
- Crock Pot Dublin Coddle (a personal favorite)
- Crock Pot Colcannon Soup
- Crock Pot Guinness French Onion Soup
- Crock Pot Irish Soda Bread
- Crock Pot Irish Bread Pudding
- Crock Pot Irish Cream Coffee
I’m ready to eat some potatoes and sausage now. Oh and just in case you don’t have time to cook these or you need another Irish something, my favorite Irish movie is streaming on Prime. The luck of the Irish to ya!
