What We're Eating

What We’re Eating

Happy October! How was your weekend? Ours was absolutely lovely. We spent a lot of time with family and friends, traipsed around the Feast of The Hunter’s Moon all day on Saturday and then had Sunday to hang out together at home with our famed Feast root beer. And we finally got some Fall feeling weather! I’m soaking it all up over here. We have a pretty busy month ahead of us so I’m determined to enjoy the slow bits where I find them and enjoy the best of the Fall season as much as possible. Basically as many walks and bonfires and fresh orchard apples as possible.

We’re off running with party week! First, I’m celebrating the return of Monday Soup with a Watkins favorite. Get your pots ready for all the classics! After that, there won’t be much cooking going on in my kitchen due to all the family parties this week. Birthdays and dinners and all, it’s going to be really good. But I just might squeeze in a little baking if time allows. I have my eye on this Snickerdoodle Bread.

Monday: Zuppa Toscana
Tuesday: In The Pantry
Wednesday: Birthday dinner for my little brother
Thursday: Pizza Rolls
Friday: Family dinner with out of town fam

What soup are you pining to make this Fall?
