The holidays are coming you guys! Family dinners, project deadlines, sparkly parties, those calendar squares start filling up quick in these last months of the year. So it’s superbly important to be intentional about spending time together. Because nurturing your relationship is one of the main priorities in life. And once you plan these date nights, you won’t have trouble saying “no” to other opportunities.
Make Dessert – Specifically, make a pumpkin dessert! Enjoy it together while you talk and plan the upcoming holidays.
Video Game Night – You don’t have to be a gamer to play video games. Borrow a Wii and spend an evening racing with Mario and Luigi. Or if you are a gamer, go ahead and take turns playing your favorite games.
Go to the Movies – There are so many good movies out this fall! Pick one that you both want to see and get some popcorn to boot. If you’re really pushing it on events this year, make it a late movie. It will be worth the lack of sleep.
Host a Friendsgiving – Whether it’s just a gathering of friends or specifically a couple who doesn’t have family in town, host a turkey filled celebration together.
